A Tool of OA
An Action Plan is one of the tools of Overeaters Anonymous. By that, they mean a plan of “attainable actions”, both daily and long-term, necessary to support abstinence and physical, emotional, and spiritual recovery. They suggest you work with a sponsor or others in OA to design an individualized action plan.
This plan might include planning, shopping for, and preparing food, a healthy fitness routine, time for meditation, relaxation, and balance with work, relationships and the Program.
