Yoga is a practice that originated in India. It has physical, mental, and spiritual components, and is widely used as a means to meditation and relaxation, as well as benefits from stretching, breath control, and strengthening.
Because it involves bending and stretching beyond what many people would do on their own, Yoga should be taught by trained, skilled instructors. Fortunately, they are available in many if not most locations.
