When we started revising the Addictionary we wanted to use the concept of a toolbox, with tools you can use with your own and others' recovery from addictions. But it isn’t our toolbox that is important. It’s yours. So we present modules or pages in this guide that you may or may not find useful to use as tools. Or you may adapt some of these concepts to make your very own tools. That’s just fine!
So as you read the pages of this guide, skip any modules that don’t seem useful to you. You may (or may not) come back to them later, or find a way to adapt them for your own use.
For a list of all the modules (pages, possible tools), click on Contents below.
